Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Travelado signs you in with a magic link sent to your email address; there is no password. Because your email account is the key to your Travelado account, you are responsible for keeping your email account secure, and we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication with your email provider.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@travelado.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You retain full ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including forwarded emails, uploaded documents, trip details, and messages to the AI assistant (“Your Content”). We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.

By submitting Your Content, you grant Typeone LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and to the trip members you share with — for example, to extract booking facts from your documents using AI, build trip timelines, run gap detection, and deliver notifications. Your Content is not used to train AI models. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide. When you share a trip, its members can see that trip's content; do not add documents to a shared trip that you do not want its members to see.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

Travelado offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Concierge) with different limits and features, such as the number of active trips, document ingestion volume, AI features, and flight alerts. Plan features and limits are described in the Service and may change as the product evolves.

Paid plans may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions billed through our payment processor or, for purchases made in the iOS app, through Apple's App Store. Where subscriptions are offered:

• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period (for App Store purchases, at least 24 hours before).
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings or, for App Store purchases, in your Apple ID settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Some accounts may receive paid features through promotional entitlements; we may modify or end promotional access at our discretion with reasonable notice.

We may change subscription pricing. If we increase prices for an existing subscription, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice, and the change will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes agreement to the new pricing.

Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and are handled by Apple.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from Settings, or contact support@travelado.ai. Account deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the option to transfer shared trips to another member before deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or our Privacy Policy, your use creates legal risk or harm to us or third parties, or continued provision of the Service to you is prohibited by applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3.4, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, and 15 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Colorado for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at support@travelado.ai and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you and Typeone LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (except small claims court matters) will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Colorado or remotely.

Waiver of Class Action: Any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or the claim is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Typeone LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without restriction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
